Gatherstead is church software. The office keeps the membership records, your pastors write and publish the week’s readings and sermons, and afterwards the recording goes in the same place. Your congregation finds all of it without being sent somewhere else.

Preparation, the published reading, and the audio afterwards all stay on one sermon, so nobody re-uploads a file or digs for last month’s notes.
While you’re preparing
Notes, scripture references, and drafts stay with whoever is working on them. Nothing goes out to the congregation until you publish it.
When you publish
The reading goes out on the schedule you set, to the website and the phone app at the same time. You do not have to post it twice.
After the service
Add the audio or video and it joins the same sermon. Someone who missed church can find the notes and the recording together a year later.
Your church’s records stay your church’s.
Plenty of churches can use Gatherstead without any of them seeing each other’s data. Every request is checked on the server against who you are and what your church has allowed you to do. Giving is held separately again, so someone who looks after the membership list does not automatically get to see what people gave.
